Beachfront Suite

Beachfront Suites are in a 3-storeyed, chalet-type building next to the seawater swimming pool and the beach.

Cottage Suite

Are mostly semi-detached on the hillside, located and decorated differently with the area between 68 -78 m2. All comes with a bathtub on the breezy balcony surrounded by the luscious tropical gardens while
3 cottages also feature an additional bathtub in the private garden. Again, all have sea view. Besides 41 Cottage Suites, there are also 3 other Cottages.

Tongsai Grand Villas

Are on the hillside facing seaview of Tongsai bay. Each has an area of 135 m2, divided into the open-air terrace plus living area of 81 m2 and the air-conditioned bedroom of 54 m2. The unique open-air terrace features a bar, a bathtub for bathing al fresco and a gazebo where guests could sleep outside if they wish (mosquito nets provided). In addition to 9 Tongsai Grand Villas, there are 4 Tongsai Pool Villas (150 m2) and the other 2 special villas having unique features and larger space (164 & 194 m2).

Every room offers great seaview. There are in total 87 rooms in a vast area of 25 acres of land. The Tongsai Bay offers 3 main types of accommodation namely the Beachfront Suites, the Cottage Suites and the Tongsai Grand Villas.

• 24 Beachfront Suites in a 3-storeyed chalet-type building next to the swimming pool and the beach. Each suite (72sqm) has air-conditioned bedroom (36sqm) & open-air terrace (36sqm) with a secluded bathtub.
• 48 Cottage Suites, there are 40 with a secluded bathtub on the open-air terrace and 8 with with a bathtub in a private garden. Each cottage has air-conditioned bedroom & open-air terrace of 60, 68 or 78 sqm depending on their location.
• 15 Grand Tongsai Villas are on the hillside facing a spectacular sea view of Tongsai bay. Each has an area of 135 sq. metres, divided into the open-air terrace and living area space of 81 sq. metres and the air-conditioned bedroom area of 54 sq. metres. The unique open-air terrace features a bar, a bathtub for bathing alfresco and a gazebo where guests could sleep outside if they wish (the hotel will provide a mosquito net).

Private Beach & Pool

Our Private Beach is by no means small. It is 200 metres long and never gets crowded even when all rooms are fully occupied.

The sea is for everyone, but at The Tongsai Bay, the whole bay is yours. You can sunbathe in peace. No beach vendors, no stray dogs, and no passersby.

Drinks are available to be served on the beach just raising a small flag as a signal to our staff.

Our main, free form, seawater swimming pool is right by the beach next to Floyd's Beach Bistro and the Beachfront Suite Building. It is accompanied by a small Jacuzzi pool and a children's wading pool.

Another half moon-shaped swimming pool is added above 'Sip' Internet Café in order to serve those who prefer fresh water. Children under 14 are not allowed in this area to keep the area quiet and peaceful.

There are three restaurants..... Chef Chom's Thai Restaurant near the lobby and Floyd's Beach Bistro next to the beach, both with large open-air terraces overlooking the sea. Recently opened is The Butler's Restaurant, serving daily European-Fusion menu. .... and three bars Floyd's Beach Bar, Chef Chom's Thai restaurant Bar and Lobby Lounge Bar with a nightly live band.

Other facilities : Free use of Exercise Room : 120sqm with weights and many modern exercise machines, not air-conditioned. free use of Watersports: canoe, windsurf, sailing boats and snorkeling equipment. Free use of Snooker room. Free use of Tennis Court on the hill with view of the sea. Scuba diving and deep sea fishing available on request via a third party. Jeep and motor bike rental. The Prana Spa

The Prana Spa consists of three private spa cottages, each containing a herbal steam room, a floral open air bath and shower, an outdoor foot treatment area, and four treatment beds.

From the moment you enter one of the air conditioned buildings, you feel instantly relaxed! There are oil burners giving out soft scents, and gentle Thai music playing softly in the background. Staff will welcome you with a herbal drink and a friendly hello, and guide you through your treatments with expert grace and knowledge.
